Legit Productions is an independent documentary film production based in New York City. We are exploring America’s arts and culture scene and the transformative power of the arts in the United States’ society. Art is -and has always been- a critical part of America’s social fabric, in large or small communities, from New York City to McPherson, KS, from Los Angeles to Elko, NV. Our mission is to give a voice to all artists in all disciplines: painting, music, sculpture, dance, poetry, writing, crafts, and explore together what they are bringing to their communities. And, of course, to encourage everyone to travel and discover in person these diverse and vibrant art communities across the country.
